Grodziskie-style Ale aged in Oak Barrels | 4% ABV | Availability: Limited
Our interpretation of the Polish Grodziskie-style ale (known as a Grätzer in German). Brewed with 100% wheat malt, a portion of which is lightly smoked, Atmosbier is fermented in stainless with our house hefeweizen yeast, and is then aged in oak barrels with brettanomyces, a wild yeast that produces beautiful fruity, tart and somewhat funky flavors.
Atmosbier presents with a faint aroma of Oak smoke, and finishes with a delightfully unexpected tartness. Best enjoyed cold, and in an environment made up of at least 19.5% oxygen.
