White IPA, 6.7% ABV This 6.7% White IPA was the second Gneiss beer ever brewed and continues to be a favorite for those seeking an IPA to shake their taste buds up! 55% wheat malt for a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Tomahawk hops for an earthy, spicy, orange peel and grapefruit punch. Fermented with our house Hefeweizen yeast for back notes of banana and light phenols.
