Dustin

Owner, Head Brewer

Since July of 2012, Dustin has been brewing Gneiss beers.

Q: What's your favorite Gneiss beer?

A: Nord is probably my go to all time favorite, but it also varies with days and seasons.  Weiss always has a special place in my heart, but Nord was created for my palate!

Alyssa

Owner, Business & Finance Manager

Alyssa is one of the owners here and handles all finances, etc behind the scenes.

Q: What’s your favorite part of working here?

A: The autonomy. After 12 years of working in auditing and risk management, and traveling A LOT, Alyssa joined Dustin permanently in 2018 on this Gneiss journey. She says its nice to focus her attention on Gneiss full-time. Plus, the autonomy allows her to always put being a mom first and she wouldn't trade it for anything.

Piggies

Friends & Food

The Gneiss piggies are new each year, as they are raised for food. They help turnover new spaces for future expanded biergarten projects. We are always grateful for their efforts and what they provide.
